Jonathan Flannery – Principal – MARN 9901555

Jonathan was first admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and has practiced extensively in both Queensland and New South Wales. He is a qualified mediator. His practice is primarily in Australian Visa law. He holds registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority No. 9901555. He is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Jonathan also practices in Industrial Relations and Workplace Law and has extensive litigation experience not only in relation to migration appeals and workplace law, but also in industrial law, personal injury, criminal law, debt collection and commercial litigation.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Law degree, he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Biochemistry major), both gained from UNSW.

He currently holds the position of President of the Gold Coast Community Legal Centre and Advice Bureau Inc., a non-profit community based organisation that provides advice, assistance and information to the Gold Coast Community. Jonathan is a former Board Member of Triathlon Queensland and continues to be the Honorary Solicitor for that body. His sporting interests include: Triathlon, Rugby Union, Cricket and Track and Field. He is a qualified pilot.
